We have just switched to EE from BT. After some effort, 4 x home phone adaptors should in theory make old telephones work. Indeed they did - for a while. But now 3 - a trim phone, a BT Duet 20 phone, and a Southern Telecom phone - have all stopped working, Only a DORO X50 has remained live.
Before recycling these three faithfulls, a question: is it possible that the EE Home Phone Adaptors have caused this coincidence of 3 phones giving up their ghost at the same time? And do EE offer cabled telephones that go with their Home Phone Adaptors?
We were provided with a DECTS WiFi phone, however the EMF emanating from these phones takes our EMF meter to an angry red dangerous reading and causes an almost instant feeling of nausea and dizziness. The hand set is being returned at speed.
Assuming EE does not offer / provide cabled telephones, has the community any suggestions for cabled telephones that work well with EE's Home Phone Adaptors?
Many thanks for any and all advice.
