Changed to digital voice on Wednesday 19th March still can’t make or receive calls spoken to various advisors but still nothing waiting for a call back this is a vulnerable 89 year old persons landline and their only contact as they are unable to use a mobile. We have bought the EE phone which is installed but has made no difference. Has anyone else experienced this just going around in circles.

We have had conversations with advisers from Wednesday it was raised as a concern on Wednesday and we were told someone would be in touch I can see on the app that broadband is fine but we still have no ability to make or receive calls.

were in the same routine cant receive calls looking into legal action now as ee has breached the agreement

Not a great advertisement for digital voice if they can’t sort this I will be looking elsewhere I wouldn’t be too bothered but it’s my 89 year old mums phone who is vulnerable and relies on a landline as she cannot use a mobile crazy situation to be in fingers crossed we can get this sorted .
