Caller ID showing nuisance? as well as number

I am using Digital Home Phone with a Panasonic phone connected to the hub.

Initially the caller ID showed only the number of the caller.

In the last few months the word ' Nuisance?' is also shown for some callers

From where is this additional information coming?
