BT Home phone voicemail (again)

So having discovered we cannot turn it off, I want to set it to ring as long as possible.

The EE app says it is on medium 7 rings (which is correct), but doesn't allow me to change it. Says "something went wrong", every-time I try to change it.

Dialing 1571 it tells me it is already set to Long (10), when it is clearly not.

Anyone able to offer a fix to this?

It's strange you are seeing 2 different settings and are unable to amend this in the app.

I'd recommend speaking with our team so they can see what's causing the issue and get this resolved for you.

@mikcatta Call EE CS and have them take a look at what the settings are at, and see if they can adjust it for you!
