Analogue and digital phones together on EE Hub

Hi...I currently have 2 advanced BT digital phones connected to ee hub following a recent change of address and install. These phones have dropped out twice in the first month with the message no link to hub coming up. My parents are in their 80's and struggle to reconnect so I am wondering if as well as the two digital phones that are set up it is possible to get an analogue phone and plug it into their hub so that if the digital phones drop out they will still have a live phone line (would save me a 6 hour round trip as I had to do yesterday!) Any advices much appreciated do analogue and digital phones mix?

Yes, you may also connect standard corded phones or DECT base stations to the phone socket on back of router or to the Digital Voice adapter hopefully also supplied. Whether they will perform any better than your digital handsets is open to question.
