Add on package for landline calls plus £22.00 pm

I am really getting fed up with this service.  I took this package out because I want be able to phone a friend in Italy.  Every time I phone I get through, time to say, hi, and then it cuts off, so my friend has to call be back, at her expense.  Been in contact about 4 times to complain to EE, they say they are investigating, but then it happens again.  No resolution.  Has anyone else had this experience?  I can’t use WhatsApp as the signal is not good where she is.  Both of us using landlines gets a better signal.  I never had any problems when it was BT.  I am truly fed up with EE.

Any suggestions, please?????

@FH46  being investigated and then it happens again.   At any point did you get told the issue had been resolved. ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
It’s on a base that’s plugged into the wall. It’s a digital phone.

No, I got a note saying they were investigating and then I suppose it was ‘presumed resolved’. But no official notification.

Hi @FH46

Welcome to the community.

If our tech guides have opened a ticket for investigation, I'd recommend getting back in touch with them to see if there is an update.

If they do say it was closed down, they will be able to get it re-opened so it can be looked at further.

It is also worth asking them to open a complaint, so that this is fully logged until there is a resolution for you.

@FH46 Many different types off digital phones that are connected to a EE or a BT Router, so is the Base just to power and charge the phone, and you connected the phone via the WPS option to the DECT side off the EE/BT Router where everything is stored and operated via the Router! If so then you need the help of EE to check out what is happening with the system, that may be EE/BT Router issue, phone issue, software issue server/account? Last one being the most likely!

If your mobile allows then send the following PHONE to 66033 as a text, that is alleged for EE to test and check the system connection!
