@Jimbob9911  On the my EE app and click Manage ( at the bottom)  then click  view all usage ( it’s in yellow) the click view your phone plan details ( it’s in yellow) and it will show the start date and the minimum term date. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Jimbob9911  You also need to give notice to terminate 30 days before the minimum term if you wish to end the contract, at the minimum term it changes to a 30 day rolling contract until you upgrade/change networks/terminate the contract.
