I've been trying to view my bill online for months, running into multiple issues. I want to view my bill online, I am not interested in downloading the app. Is there any way to view the bill online?

Welcome to the community,
You log into your account, then click on billing and you should then be able to view your bill. It actually says view your bill where the mobile number is, click on that, I have just had a look for you.

Hi, Thanks for your reply!
When I log into my account, there is no option for "billing". I've included a screenshot of my profile and manage sections. The only way I can the billing section is if I search for it, then the "help with viewing your bills" comes up which tells me to download the app.
I also tried calling the numbers you said but my carrier won't let me? (I tried calling another number and it went through fine but when I try these numbers it says I dont have credit even though I have unlimited calls)

Forgot to add this but if I click "view my bill" in the email they send me when my bill is ready, it just takes me to the ee homepage

Hey there @ph2121.
Based on the screenshots you've shared here, it looks like you have an EE ID set up, but this hasn't actually been linked with your mobile account yet.
If you select the Mobile & SIMs option in your second screenshot, you should see the option to link this.
Alternatively if you can't find these options, please give our customer care team a call, and they can look into getting this sorted at our end.
