Credit refund timescale - how long to reach bank account?

How long does the credit refund take to reach you bank account after the final bill is released

@Polly39   If you’re due a refund you have to allow up to the same timeframe as you would for paying a bill.  Around 7 days from receiving the final bill 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As Chris B has said, around 7 days from final bill. My last bill was on the 1st September 2025 and I had a credit back on the 11th September.
