Bill payment showing as pending even though I've paid

I all ready pay my bill but I see on my account that’s still pending

@Gurigill1  Once paid it’ll take up to 24h for your account to update 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Depending on how you made the payment, it may take up to 5 days.

If you paid by Direct Debit, the payment usually shows on your account within 24 hours as @Chris_B mentioned.
