Hello,
The iPhone 17 pro max is on the EE website £1199 0% interest free for 24months. However when you add a data plan the price of the phone increases to £1301. I spoke with an EE representative who advised that you add on the extra to the phone for using EE’s service. As this isn’t stipulated in the contract, how is the legal or fair?

Noting no upfront cost was needed or applied.

@Cheryl011 because EE can add extra to it it’s a recommended retail price not that it has to be sold at that price. EE is a company that wants to make a profit. Your using there services so you pay,
