Hi I closed my account 2 months ago but you're still taking some random money from my account -1 month ago £ 16,this month £41 and I don't know why if I don't have ee account anymore

@KarolinaMunch3 Was this a contract? If it was did you call to give 30 days notice of termination? Contracts at the minimum term date change to 30 day rolling contracts until you do something about it they don’t just stop.

Yes it was contract and I called before to give notice of termination and it was 2 months ago and still taking money out from my account
