I do not want to upgrade or change to sim only plan at the end of contract. What I need to do?

Hi @Dickson83 I'm sorry to hear that you don't want to upgrade or move to a sim only at the end of your contract.
You have the option to move your number to another network via a PAC, cancel you line without taking your number, or move to a pay as you go account with us.

If you want your service to continue on the same current basis, then you need do nothing, and nothing will change.
Your bills, plan & service will continue.

- EE Service is appauling at best and fraudulant at worst. Try to speak to someone in Contracts & Billing
- Pay as you go add ons in Pay as you go
- Turn off under 18 filter on pay and go in Pay as you go
- Google One premium add-on not deactivated on account closure in Offers & Add-ons
- Cannot connect app to my number so I can view my useage in EE app and website
