Hi all
I upgraded to a new phone last November 2024. I opted to trade in my old phone for a monthly discount on the plan. However it is nearly April 2025. They have still not asked for the trade in phone even though I am still getting the monthly discount.
How long with this take?

@djones2510 You should of got the trade in package within 2 weeks of getting the device. You need to call customer support about this.

- Trade in phone sent but not received in Contracts & Billing
- Unable to early upgrade using EE perks discount and trade in in Offers & Add-ons
- Online upgrade fails due to trade-in and EE One discount in Orders
- trade in in Contracts & Billing
- I’ve done an early upgrade with the trade in option but sold old phone in Contracts & Billing
