I do l pay my phone bill and phone contract at the same time?

I started using ee phone contract from last month but have not received any bills for that. I only received data plan bills, is there any possible l can pay my phone contract bill as well? Please help.

Welcome to our community.

We don't have account access here on the forum but I'll try and help as best I can. Did you sign up to a flex pay contract where the airtime and phone plan are two separate payments and only been billed for one? Or did you already have a data plan with us and not received anything for the new phone contract?

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
