I have done a trade in but have not received trade in pack in post due to royal mail strikes i have until Thursday to send back what do i do?

@hardiz  Wait till it arrives.   It’s not your fault the strikes are happening.   You’re at the mercy of the RM.    Just get proof of postage when you send it back.
