switched from a 4G sim plan to a 5G sim plan already with EE

I recently upgraded my phone to a 5G sim plan but want to keep the same number. Both phone numbers however are showing up on my account. How do I go about solving this? Thank you!

@charles2804  if you had upgraded than you retain your number but if you have taken out a new contract, then you’re going to need to call customer services so you can terminate your old contract.    You’ll need to get a pac code so you can move your number to a different network so then you can move it back to your new lines.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
