after months of being fobbed of and promising to sort it out still not sort phone calls visits to store/franchises just a total waist to my time nobody’s interested in correcting the issues that r nothing to do with me but the debit is still taken again not in dept but overpaid for months i have two phones been with the provider for years wat mug rant over after another unsuccessful visit to a store out of my way to b told nothing we can do ☹️☹️☹️

thank u for time it’s not complicated but it’s seems to have been made this way and it’s totally frustrating that my requests go unheard and ignored it appears i have been paying for an upgrade i don’t have didn’t ask for and never got !!!😢 asking to explain your have to go to the store phone calls store visits a nothing has been done £25 a month should b paying but £50 being billed being push from pillar to post 

12/18 months later i need help !!!! ££££££

Was the upgrade completed in an EE store? Had you visited an EE store at the time of the upgrade?
