 Are you able to use the internet you're using to access this forum to also perform your online banking, and make the bill payment
If not, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in our Payments department can look at the options for reinstating your services while you make payment. 

You can find out more, as well as how to contact the team, on our Help if you have problems paying your bill page.
