hi , i request to refund i had bill payment complain when i made my payment then the info message show me on screen pay first 50 pound to activate sim services because my services has deactivated them i paid the 50 pound but now same thing happening give me mssg to pay first 50 pound . why..? can u help me

@anmol_  Your question is what? You either have to pay the amount due or pay it monthly or choose an amount. This is not customer service so no account access, but clearly you have not been paying  what is owed to EE, and if you do want the services reactivated then you will have to pay. You can always ring customer services and speak to them for more information.
