paid bill yet still outstanding

I have paid for my outstanding bill the money had left my account yet none of my services had been activated , I am abroad in Spain and can’t get hold of anyone even though I have paid of remaining puzzle

I have paid by 360 with my debits card what i normally pay. They said auto said i Will get my line in 2 hour’s

If you paid the full outstanding balance, your line will be connected within 24 hours, but it's usually quite quick. Could you try restarting your phone, if it still isn't working this morning please?
