the plan listed on my 'manage plan' section of the online portal has a different plan, billing date, cost etc to what I use. As a result all the data is incorrect - I can't see what my data usage is or anything like that. Thanks for your help.

Usually, it can take up to 24 hours to update your online account.
As this has been showing incorrectly for some time, I'd recommend giving us a call so our technical care team can look into this further for you.

Welcome to the community.
That is certainly odd if your online account isn't showing your correct plan details, and I know you'll be keen to get this sorted out.
Have you made any changes recently to your plan or account?
If you haven't, was your plan correct prior to today?

I made a change today - and upgraded my plan. But it was previously wrong anyway. It said I was paying £30 a month for the last year, when in fact I've been paying 12. And there were other errors - it basically listed my on a different Tarif to the one I actually pay.
