Okay thinking of leaving ee I'm a new customer been with ee for 6 months it says I can upgrade tried on the app and the website couldn't do it I visited an ee shop they couldn't do it and BTW they where very rude so I called 150 talked to a guy he told me I had to pay 6 months bill what was on the 5th of this month which I paid in time so now I'm frustrated and confused I have NEVER missed a payment...to be honest I think your quick enough to take the money but not quick enough to sort out problems
