Hello. I'm trying to email the missing payments team as directed by an EE guide.
This is in reference to direct debit discrepancies.
The email given to me was missing.payments@ee.co.uk
At least four screenshots were also requested.
I am not able to send anything to this email given.
Could anyone confirm this email is correct, or am I doing something wrong?

You've got the right email address there.
It is definitely worth giving the steps that @Chris_B suggested a try, and if you see the same thing happen, give our customer service guides a call so they can help further.

@Hustlerback I got this email address from looking at THIS community post from 18/11/25 and clicking the green wording from @Ali_A try the link I posted to get to the tread and using what was posted. It automatically opens your email client when pressed, give it a try.
