i have the samsung galaxy flip 3 which had a poor battery to start with but has been getting progressivley worse over the past 9 months.
i was hoping that in september a year since i got the phone i would be able to upgrade for any cost.
looking at the conditions if i where to upgrade the amount quoted was about £590 which is over the £50-£300 mentioned on the website. i am wondering why this is the case.

@mustafa_ugur Are you on a upgrade anytime tariff?

I've been trying to check but I havnt found anything conclusive about that

@mustafa_ugur Just look at your plan it will say there what sort of tariff you have. If it doesn’t say anytime upgrade tariff you not on a anytime upgrade tariff.

It doesn't mention a tariff all I can see is essential plan.
Is there not any alternative for changing phone as it really isn't suitable for my needs

@mustafa_ugur if it says you’re on an essential plan then this is not an anytime upgrade tariff. And to upgrade early you need to pay the requested fee that you first mentioned. You will also have to have the same or more costly tariff than you currently have now to upgrade before your minimum term date that also includes a device on a full contract.
