Hi,

 

I did a online upgrade yesterday for SIM only. I got a confirmation email, but I've not herd anything more, how long does it take to go through?

@pc32435   Have you checked your account to see if it’s switched over ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have yes, it's still showing the original plan

Hi, give them a call. It' s always better and you may even get a better deal that's for existing customers.
