If my contract ends on 8th September when can I expect to be able to upgrade without paying a fee and without trading my device?

@BM4 , you should be able to see the earliest date for upgrading in your account, but it is 45 days before the end of minimum term.

I can see you have had some great advice, just to add to this if you log into your My EE app and select Menu and Upgrade this will let you know when you can upgrade with no fee 🙂
