@hadynmorgan if you have itemise billing this will only show you your outgoing calls not incoming calls. This can not be backdated should you request itemised billing now.
Even if you ask EE for your SAR it will only show outgoing calls. Incoming calls are not your call history.
Your incoming call history will show on your device as will outgoing calls.
