Welcome to the community,
This will depend whether you are in contract with either of them and still have the minimum term.
I would suggest ringing customer service, who can let you know, also that is the only way you can cancel, is by ringing them.
If on pay as you go, then you just do not need to use your SIM card, it will automatically be discontinued after a certain time.

If the lines are still within their minimum term contract, then you are legally bound to continue paying that for at least the duration of the minimum term. Whether you are using the service or not, is immaterial.
You may give 30days notice to cancel any pay-monthly line that is outside its minimum term.
