Hi
i can call people but all my data has been stopped. I thought i’d been suspended but when i go to pay my bill it doesn’t allow me to ring 150 or any other payment line/customer service, or to even log on to my EE to pay?
anybody know what is going on and how i can pay my bill?

Why has EE blocked me from calling any of their numbers?

@Rachel_m12 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

No it’s been the case all day,
when i call 150 it just beeps and hangs up. I’ve been working so haven’t had chance to sit down and properly investigate.

Funnily enough i have just tried this, and it’s said there is an error. Something is going on with my account?
