Trying to talk to someone

I've been trying to talk to someone a EE for well over a week about an upgrade but never ever answers the phone or replies to emails, is there any other way to get in touch with them?

Unknown bill

I have I bill. Called balance brought forward. Which is an amount remaining from last bill. I don't understand why when I've only just got this contract a week ago. Can anyone explain?
