hello, I bought a pair of headphones, and two weeks ago they were stolen along with the bag, I don't know if I have insurance for them, can you help me

I am very sorry to hear the headphones have been stolen.
As @Chris_B has advised, we don't offer insurance for accessories. It would be worth checking other insurance options as @Schockwave has advised.

@Bosutar , unless you are paying for insurance, when you ordered your product, then you would not have insurance, you would have to ring customer service to find out, as they can check your account, there is no account access here.
If you have household insurance, then you can claim there. I would suggest you report it to the police, but not sure they will be able to help either.

@Bosutar EE don’t offer insurance on anything purchased from the add to plan store.
