Hi, i have just upgraded my iphone the other day, my statement for bill is ready on the 20th of each month.
with my watch included my bill usually totals £98-110 p/m,
just check on my app and it’s saying i have £1100 in extra charges, where the heck has that come from, really baffled and a little annoyed atm, been with EE 4yrs now and never had a single problem, 8am can’t come quick enough

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@eltonio75 The new device is going to be an extra charge, Have you actually looked to see what you are actually being billed ?

- Extra charges in Contracts & Billing
- Bill discount is not applied to bill total at the end in Contracts & Billing
- Hi how i can get information which exactly charges have been added to my bil? in Contracts & Billing
- Cancelled my EE pack last month but was still charged?? in Pay as you go
