I am coming to the end of my current contract. I was given 3 options, do nothing and contine as is, go for sim only or change provider. I selected "sim only" , which is much cheaper, only to be provided with message that intimated that there were problems with the website. This has happened several times over weeks.
My personal suspicion is that this is a deliberate "bump in the road" to make changing difficult. Anybody experienced anything similar?
