Hello, my card has changed and you have not charged me the monthly fee from my number 07********* and from my wife's number 07*********. What should I do now? Can I give you my new card?

Hi @Roman24.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you pay by recurring card payment and need to update your card details, you can do this through your EE account online by going to Bills & Payments and selecting Manage Direct Debit/Card, or by using the app, just select Manage, then Billing.

You can make a payment for any balance owed in your account under Make a Payment.

If you’d prefer to speak to our team or need help, please give our team a call.

Debbie
