I've moved to Hong Kong and I want to leave EE but because I have no phone signal I can't.

I can't change my address on my account settings because I need an SMS verification.

I can't call EE to talk about my situation because I have no signal!

I can't get a PAC code so I can leave and change network providers because once again I need SMS verification.

I really need to keep my number for various reasons please help me.

You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

You can't port a UK no. to HK.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Ok great! I'll give them a call over skype, I've finished my contract so I should avoid any termination fees.

Thank you so much for your help.

Chris

Hello

I've just called and they've said their office is no longer open, and I should go to the help page which has no information that helps me so I'm stuck again.

Any more ideas?

Also the calling is all automated, is there a line i can go through where i can speak to a human being?

Thanks

Chris

Well, that was at 4 A.M.! Obviously you need to call during UK business hours to get to speak to a human. All lines lead to the same route.
