@Mw17 : Yes, your upgrade window from 45 days before end of term when you may upgrade FoC to anything available.

however this isnt a upgrade issue that the thing its a brand new contract i literally got this week i wondered if there was a time period to be able to go and change my phone to a different one

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

i collected it in person from the store i didnt order it there they had it in stock already so i cant just tell them i can get the exact same plan for another phone can i transfer?

If you ordered by phone or online the legislation applies to you. The store was just the method of delivery. You don't claim from them.

Oh, I read that you didn't order from the store. Now you tell us you did order from the store.
In that case as I told you originally you have no return rights under law.

I never said I did order but if u want to class as then having it in stock without my actually ordering it then that’s fine. So I can’t exchange as I thought there was a 14 days where I could

A contract by definition is an order by you & an acceptance by the seller.
By buying stuff from stores you give up your statutory rights.
