I'm a BT employee and have an EE phone.
When it was renewd last year there ws no BT/EE discount applied.
How can I get this added so I can get the discount?
Have been paying full price sincae last year
I tried to register with EE Perk bt id doesnt recognise my BT email.
"The company is not currently active, please speak with your EE Perk representative."

Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading, not mid-term.

the contract i had previous had the discount applied when done through EEshop.
Upgraded phione at end of that contract andit should have been applied when ordered so not my fault.
Can the contract not be amended now with correct details?
