I'm curious on if I can sell my phone while I'm still on contract. But still continue to pay it off month by month as normal

@Tjmitchell2203 Nothing stopping you. If you call customer services you can ask what it will cost you to pay it off in full. If you do this you’ll receive a 20% discount over the remaining term so it’s actually cheaper to pay it off in full as opposed to paying it off over the remaining term.

Yes, you may after the 1st 6 months of having it.

@XRaySpeX Even before 6 months even though you are still paying for it, no network as yet has taken legal action for anyone doing such a thing providing they continue paying said contract on time and do not breach any other T&C that could mean EE request that the device to be returned.
@Tjmitchell2203 Just remember to give notice when you get to 30 days of the minimum term or the contract will continue on a 30 day rolling contract until notice has been given.

OK, @Chris_B , I'm only stating what's lawful. I wouldn't want to lead the OP into unlawfulness. There's always a 1st time!

@XRaySpeX And all @Tjmitchell2203 has to say is why have other customers done such a thing and nothing has came from it. If any network wanted to actually do this they would need to have a damn bloody good reason why they’ve not pursued other customers who have done it previously. And to prove such a thing just look at eBay when the next iPhone is released you’ll see them on there will inflated prices as people try to cash in on it.
