Resolved! Contact ee

Hi, My account has been suspended and i can’t contact EE to try and sort it out, the live chat isn’t coming up and i can’t ring 150. I haven’t got any other devices to try and ring because i live on my own. Is there anything else i can try ?

I got a message telling me my latest bill could not be processed due to invalid billing details. I checked my account and my account is fully up to date, paid in full and the billing details are correct. Is this a scam/phising exercise?
