NHS Discount code not working

I'm upgrading my iPhone to a 17.Have generated my NHS EE Discount code but it's saying code not valid. Never had this issue before.Anyone know why?  Thanks

Have been promised a refund of over £100 odd pounds weeks ago and each week I’m told it will be in 3-5 working days. To date nothings been received. What can I do to make EE pay up -  Ombudsman?

My mum sadly passed away and she has a £10 monthly sim with EE, would I be able to take it over and change it to my name? If so.. how? Thankyou.
