Upgraded contract.

I’ve just upgraded and my bill is massively high. I’ve been billed £102 per month???? Also I’m being charged for double the amount of data I agreed in my upgrade. Can you please help? 

Late payment charge

@ Got a late charge couldnt afford to pay at the time, then got a late charge on the late charge, anyway had to pay as they suspended my account, been here for years, now have new bill with late charges lol **bleep**, no more ee for me or my husband 

My order hasn’t updated

I placed an order/add on to my account and paid the upfront cost of £20 but I’ve still not had any other updates bar the one to say my order has been placed! What is going on ?? Anyone know  thanks in advance

I'm wanting to lower my bill as its a ridiculous price "£57" for unlimited calls and texts and only 10GB of data.. I've got a friends and family code that i can't for the life of me find how and where to enter it.. I've been with EE for over 10 years...

Why did EE refuse my 30% off discount and opted to give me 18%, and the only explanation I was given is that they don’t know why it won’t work.  am I being mugged

Resolved! Downgrade my contract

Hi my contract ends in October..Trying to find out if I can downgrade my contract to less net as I no longer need 200gb.app says nothing.Phoned EE 16 times.Nonodu will pick up the phone.So can I downgrade my contract in a month or should I just leave...

Phone useage

I’ve been cut off my data and calls for no reason even though I’ve paid my monthly bill and have data.. so am unable to call EE annoyingly. Any ideas on how to get this sorted?
