I had have a similar problem. I upgraded from a sim only deal to a tablet and sim deal as doing the math it wasn't much more a month..... however they failed to tell me not only had i started a new 24 month contract but also a massively overy priced ...

I would like to know why I have been paying more then my monthly fee my bill should be £59.99 and since may it’s been £69 can someone please look into this for me as I don’t want to be paying more then £59.99 thanks
