Transferring a number

Hello,  I’ve just ordered a new sim & phone plan, but I want to keep my current number. How do I do this? I am currently a customer of EE. Also, do I need to cancel my sim only plan or will it cancel automatically??

Returning phone that we are being billed for.

I have been sent a bill for a phone that I am returning. This was put on hold as we were on holiday. We now want the bag to be sent so that we can return the phone….go to the EE shop and buy a new one. The one we are returning is faulty.
