Cannot upgrade online

Why can I not upgrade online anymore. The queues are horrific and this would solve all my ptoblems but for some reason you cannot upgrade online anymore. Whats going on EE?

EE Ripping off Loyal Customers

Been with EE for over 20 years and a new customer has far better offers than i can get in an upgrade, thanks for repaying the loyalty EE, anyone able to justify this?Looking forward to the next 20 years with another provider!
