Reopen account with old number

Hi,

I relocated to Canada from UK last August (just over a year ago) and I need to reactivate my old sim and number so that I can access my mortgage account and communicate with my advisor. It was a contract sim so my account is now showing as closed , but I know the number is not in use as I have tried calling it, so hopeful it’s possible despite the timeframe.

Thanks in advance

If you cancelled your contract a year ago you relinquished your SIM & its no. & can no longer get it back.

Your mortgager should have means to change your registered mobile no. as many peeps often change nos., postal addys & email addys in their lifetime.
