Phone number missing from our account

Hi..  I was just trying to gift data to a number on our account  (all are on pay monthly contract not business)  and its vanished.. it's my daughters number and weve never had this issue ever before.. any ideas?

Cant pay my bill!

You've cut me off and now I cannot pay my bill. I've tried to pay it but I cant call you or text you and I cant pay it online.

Resolved! Credit from final bill

Hi I left EE mobile + broadband and says I am in credit of -£33.39 and -£4.51 respectively  but doesn’t say how or when they will refund me. Do you know please? Thanks

My mobile bill
