HELP

 so is it paid or suspended? my contract ends after 24 months (august 2020 - august 2022 and i still have to pay? im not using any plan, data etc i moved out from UK, and now i see something like this ?

Contract ended

Hi there, my contract is ended but was told that didn't have to do anything that the pay as u go would just automatically carry on. But my network has been cut off. Is it possible to phone someone and speak to them.

Why was i told i could add to plan a few days ago by customer services but i go on the ee shop and it wont let me i havent missed a payment been with ee for years

End of contract

My plan end on 5th March this year.I do not want to upgrade or extend the contract, because I come back to my country that EE is not provided.By when should I say that the contract will be terminated?
