I have just signed a new sim contract. Just noticed a 2.50 in crease in march. Not explained to me.Assumed it would RPI. Is this standard.?

I need to find how to access an invoice for my handset each month, my line rental is billed seperate along with my childrens lines. I have 5 lines on my contract and 1 new handset. When I download my PDF bill, it only shows the cost for the lines.
