How can I access my bill to see and download, on line or on app.?

This was easy before but now seems impossible, just in the past 2 months or so. And the HELP info. still explains it like it used to be so it's no use at all.

Me too.  In the last month or two the app. and the website have changed and I can't find a way to see my bill let alone download it; and the help info. is wrong - it's still based how it used to work. What a nightmare!

Billing is no longer an option in the Manage page.

Hi @Nick1965.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can view and download your bills in the app by going to Manage, then Billing, and choosing See your full mobile bill.
If you scroll down to Manage your bills and payments, you’ll see the option to Download this bill as a PDF. That’s where you’ll find a list of all the bills available to download.

On the website, just head to Bills & Payments, and you’ll be able to pick the bill you need from the Choose a bill issue date drop‑down menu.

Thanks Debbie. It used to be as you say. But it’s not now. As I said in one of my posts, there’s no billing or bills & payments option/link/section under Manage on either the webpage or the app.

Thanks for coming back to me, @Nick1965.

I’ve checked the app and the website on my side, and I can see the Billing option, which leads through to Bills and Payments, where the bills appear for me. If this isn’t showing for you, I’d recommend getting in touch with our team over the phone so they can check this further and make sure everything is linked as it should be.

I just want to download my mobile bill as a PDF to upload to my Making Tax Digital account the government have now brought in.  I do not use my phone for this sort of thing and therefore do not need the app . I just want to download the bill using my laptop.  How can I do this?  There is no accounts and billing section showing on the website and I spent 30 mins trying to work this out...

You can download a pdf of your bill my logging into your account > manage > billing > download this bill as pdf.
